  • [ Coach | Student ] How to create FindiSport account?
  • [ Coach 1 ] How to create a coach page?
    When creating a coaching page, coach must make sure do not share any contact details (except addresses), such as phone numbers and social media accounts. Otherwise, the coach page will be suspended until the administrator is notified after the changes is made. After approval by the administrator, the coach page will be republished.

    Each user has a free message to chat with the students. When the free message is used up, the user will need to purchase more messages by using tokens to continue the conversation with the students.

    We now have two message packages for coaches to choose from:

    1. Unlimited chat with a student
    2. Unlimited chat with all students for one month

    If the tokens are not enough to purchase the message package, users can go to the "Token Wallet" to purchase more tokens.

    Please note: Phone numbers and other contact details cannot be displayed on the coach page and free message. If you want to exchange contact with students, you must first buy message package.

    FindiSport does not charge students for the lesson fee at the moment. Coaches will need to collect the lesson fees from students directly after a class is over.

    Coach who wants to become FindiSport Featured Coach should fulfil the following requirements:-

    – Already created a coach page on FindiSport, and filled up all the information
    – Hold a professional international or local coaching qualification, and have a certain number of years of experience
    – Current or former representative of the Hong Kong team, or
    – Have a certain number of followers on Instagram or Facebook, or
    – Have have featured or reported on TV, radio, newspapers, magazines or other media

    FindiSport Featured Coaches will receive the following special treatments:-

    – Its coach page will be marked as "Featured Coach" on our platform, and get more exposure
    – We will promote Featured Coach on social media platforms, such as providing social media content, coach interviews or advertising budget
    – Featured coaches will get 30 tokens for free

    Coach who meets the above requirements, please send an email to [email protected], with a subject title as  Become Featured Coach, and list your fulfilled requirements and Coach ID, your coach page will then be marked as "Feature Coach" within 1-2 working days, or we shall have someone to contact you directly.
